2. What we collect

• Account: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), characters and game progress.
• Security: IP address and login times, to protect accounts and stop cheating and fraud.
• Purchases: package, amount, date and the payment provider’s reference. Card details are handled only by the payment provider; we never receive them.
• Support: the messages you send in support tickets and on the forum.

3. Why

To run your account and the game, deliver purchases, answer support requests, keep the game fair and secure, and meet legal duties such as accounting records.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run 4Global: the payment provider ([PayTR / iyzico]), our email service (Resend) and our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare). We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies

The website uses one necessary cookie to keep you logged in, plus Cloudflare security cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Details: Cookie policy.

6. How long

Account data is kept while the account exists. Purchase records are kept for the period required by tax law. Security logs are deleted after [90] days.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@global4s.net or opening a support ticket.

İşlenen veriler

E-posta adresi, şifre (yalnız güvenli özet olarak), karakter ve oyun bilgileri; IP adresi ve giriş zamanları; satın alma bilgileri (paket, tutar, tarih, ödeme kuruluşu referansı); destek talebi ve forum mesajları. Kart bilgileri yalnız ödeme kuruluşunca işlenir, tarafımıza ulaşmaz.

Amaç ve hukuki sebep

Hesabın ve oyunun işletilmesi, satın almaların teslimi, destek taleplerinin cevaplanması, güvenliğin ve oyun adaletinin sağlanması ile yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi (KVKK m. 5/2-c, ç, f).

Aktarım

Veriler yalnız hizmet aldığımız kuruluşlara aktarılır: ödeme kuruluşu ([PayTR / iyzico]), e-posta hizmeti (Resend) ve barındırma/güvenlik hizmeti (Cloudflare). Bu kuruluşların bir kısmı yurt dışındadır; aktarım KVKK m. 9’a uygun olarak yapılır.
