1. What we sell

We sell Moonstones, the virtual currency of 4Global. They are digital content: there is no shipping, and they are added to your game account automatically after payment, usually within a few minutes.

2. Cancelling before delivery

You can cancel at any time before you finish the payment by closing the payment window. Nothing is charged.

3. After delivery

Moonstones are delivered instantly with your approval, which you give by ticking the box before payment. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply after delivery, so delivered Moonstones cannot be returned. The same applies to items bought with Moonstones or Bonus Points in the Cash Shop.

4. When you get your money back

• The payment was taken but the Moonstones did not arrive within 24 hours.
• The same payment was taken twice.
• A technical fault on our side made the purchase unusable.

In these cases we refund the full amount to the card you paid with, after checking. If a Cash Shop item was not delivered, the Moonstones or Bonus Points you spent are put back on your account.

5. How to ask for a refund

Open a support ticket in My account → Support with the topic Payments and Moonstones, and write the date and amount of the payment. You can also email info@global4s.net. We answer within 24 hours. Once a refund is approved, we send it the same day; your bank may take a few business days to show it.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. A chargeback on a purchase that was delivered leads to the account being closed, as stated in the rules.

İptal ve iade koşulları

1. Satılan ürün

4Global’in sanal parası Moonstone (Ay Taşı) satılır. Moonstone dijital içeriktir; kargo yoktur, ödemeden sonra genellikle birkaç dakika içinde oyun hesabınıza otomatik yüklenir.

2. Teslimattan önce iptal

Ödemeyi tamamlamadan önce ödeme penceresini kapatarak istediğiniz zaman vazgeçebilirsiniz; hiçbir ücret alınmaz.

3. Teslimattan sonra

Moonstone, ödemeden önce kutucuğu işaretleyerek verdiğiniz onayla anında teslim edilir. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği madde 15/1-ğ uyarınca teslimattan sonra cayma hakkı yoktur; teslim edilen Moonstone iade edilmez. Cash Shop’ta Moonstone ya da Bonus Points ile alınan eşyalar için de aynısı geçerlidir.

4. Para iadesi yapılan durumlar

Ödeme alındığı hâlde Moonstone 24 saat içinde yüklenmediyse, aynı ödeme iki kez çekildiyse ya da bizden kaynaklı teknik bir hata alımı kullanılamaz hâle getirdiyse, kontrolden sonra tutarın tamamı ödemenin yapıldığı karta iade edilir. Teslim edilmeyen Cash Shop eşyalarında harcanan Moonstone / Bonus Points hesaba geri yüklenir.

5. İade nasıl istenir

Hesabım → Destek bölümünden Payments and Moonstones konusuyla destek talebi açın ve ödemenin tarihini ve tutarını yazın, ya da info@global4s.net adresine yazın. 24 saat içinde cevap verilir. Onaylanan iade aynı gün gönderilir; bankanızın hesabınıza yansıtması birkaç iş günü sürebilir.

6. Ters ibraz (chargeback)

Bankanızdan ödemeyi geri çevirmesini istemeden önce lütfen bize yazın. Teslim edilmiş bir alım için ters ibraz yapılması, kurallarda belirtildiği gibi hesabın kapatılmasına yol açar.
