One rulebook for the game, the website, the forum and Discord. Every rule has its own link, so you can point to it in a chat.
These rules apply everywhere 4Global is: in the game, on the website, on the forum and on our Discord. By creating an account or logging in, you agree to them. Not knowing a rule is not an excuse. We may update the rules at any time; a change only applies to what happens after it is published.
No list of rules covers every situation. We judge by intent: hunting for loopholes or bending a rule on purpose counts as breaking it. Trying to break a rule, or pushing someone else to do it, is treated the same as doing it.
Game Masters decide cases these rules do not spell out. Follow a staff instruction right away, even if you disagree. You can complain about it afterwards through a support ticket.
Penalties belong to the player, not to a single character. What you do on a second account counts towards your main account, and repeated offences in any category lead to longer bans, up to a permanent PC ban.
Supporting the server with purchases gives no protection from these rules and no special treatment. Asking for one is not allowed.
Chat bans are counted together for rules 2.1 to 2.3. Your chat record resets after 90 days without a new chat ban.
Insults, threats, hate speech, racism, sexism and harassment of a player or group are forbidden in every chat, on the forum and on Discord.
Do not repeat the same message, write only in capital letters, beg for items or fill the global chat with nonsense.

The trade channel is for buying and selling only. Keep arguments, politics and general talk out of it.

Names and guild tags must not be sexual, hateful, political, religious insults or advertisements. Staff can rename an unsuitable character or guild without warning.
Names, guild titles or tags that copy a staff member or use a staff prefix such as GM, GA or TGM are forbidden. So is claiming to know a staff member in order to scare others.
Promoting another server, a cheat seller or any paid service is forbidden in the game, on the forum and on Discord.
Staff will never ask for your password or your sign-in code — not in the game, not on Discord, not by email. Anyone who asks is trying to steal your account.
You log in to the game and the site with your email address, and every site login needs a code sent to that address. Keep your email account safe: whoever controls it controls your 4Global account.
If you let someone else use your account, it is at your own risk. You stay responsible for everything done on it, and we do not restore items lost through sharing.
If you lose access to your email, we can only move the account to a new address when you clearly prove it is yours. Accounts that were involved in real-money trading cannot be recovered this way.
Any attempt to get into another player's account — guessing passwords, phishing, fake login pages or similar — is forbidden.
Changing the game files, the client, memory or network traffic to get any advantage is forbidden. This includes speed hacks, damage hacks, wall hacks and packet tools.
Programs that play for you — farming, levelling, gathering or clicking automatically — are forbidden. Items earned this way are removed.
Using a bug, a glitch or a map hole to gain anything is forbidden. Report it through a support ticket as soon as you find it. Keeping a bug secret or sharing it with others is treated as using it.
You may own more than one account, but playing several at the same time to farm, to gain honor or to collect event rewards is forbidden.
Cutting your connection, forcing a crash or causing lag on purpose to escape a fight or to win one is forbidden.
Virtual machines, hardware spoofers or similar tools used to hide who you are or to get around a ban are forbidden. A normal VPN for a better connection is fine.
Tricking another player in a trade — swapping items at the last second, lying about an item or breaking a promised deal — is forbidden.
Lending items or gold is your own decision. Staff will not get back items you lent and did not receive back.
Selling or buying gold, items, characters or accounts for real money, gift cards, crypto, services or items on another server is forbidden.
Running a shop or acting as a middleman for real-money trades is forbidden.
Letting another player kill you on purpose, trading kills with the other kingdom or with your own second account to earn honor is forbidden. Earned honor is removed.
The farm ranking counts monsters you kill yourself. Using bots, second clients or another player's help to push your place is forbidden and removes you from that week's ranking.
Sending low-level or empty characters into PvP areas only to block, bait or annoy others is forbidden.
Do not disturb events run by staff, attack event areas without permission or ignore the event rules announced by the Game Master.
Battleground bans reset after 90 days without a new one.
Leaving a running battleground early or standing still inside it is forbidden.
Sabotaging your own side — blocking, feeding or throwing the match on purpose — is forbidden.
Guilds or players of Derion and Valorian may not make secret deals to decide a castle war, a territory war or a battleground, or share the other side's plans.
You may register one character per tournament category. Playing from a different PC than the one you registered with, or cheating the hardware check, is forbidden.
Registering only to take a place, or leaving matches so others cannot play, is forbidden.
Losing on purpose, agreeing on a result with your opponent or selling your tournament place is forbidden.
If the guild master and the deputies have not logged in for 180 days, an active member can ask for the leadership through a support ticket.
Leadership does not move by itself when a guild master is banned permanently. The banned leader can ask staff to pass it to a member of their choice.
Using guild permissions against the guild — emptying the guild bank, kicking everyone or similar — without the guild master's agreement is forbidden.
Report players privately through a support ticket on Discord or by email to info@global4s.net, in English or Turkish. We only discuss a penalty with the owner of the punished account.
Reports need proof. Screenshots must be full and uncut; videos must be unedited and show the player's name. Reports without proof are closed.
Lying in a ticket or sending edited or fake proof — to escape a penalty or to get someone else punished — is forbidden.
You can appeal a penalty within 14 days through a support ticket. Opening many tickets or messaging many staff members about the same decision makes the ban longer.
Purchases are final. Opening a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, or abusing payment errors, is forbidden. If something goes wrong with a payment, open a ticket and we will fix it.
Characters, items, gold and Moonstones belong to the game, not to the player, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change or rebalance anything in the game at any time.
