2. Subject

This agreement covers the purchase of Moonstones, the virtual currency of the 4Global game, through global4s.net. Moonstones are digital content. They are added to the buyer’s 4Global account and can be spent in the in-game and website Cash Shop.

3. Price and payment

The price of each package, including all taxes, is shown on the shop page before payment. Payment is taken by the payment provider ([PayTR / iyzico]) on its own secure page; 4Global never sees or stores card details.

4. Delivery

Moonstones are added to the account automatically as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. If they do not arrive within 24 hours, the buyer can open a support ticket from My account.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered instantly in electronic form, when delivery begins with the buyer’s approval. The buyer gives this approval by ticking the box before payment. Moonstones that have been added to the account cannot be returned.

6. Refunds

If a payment was taken but Moonstones were not delivered, or the buyer was charged twice, the amount is refunded in full to the card used, after checking. Refund requests go through a support ticket (topic: Payments and Moonstones). Chargebacks of delivered purchases lead to the account being closed, as stated in the rules.

7. Account

Moonstones belong to the account they were bought for and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged back into money or sold outside the game. Accounts closed for breaking the rules lose their Moonstones.

8. Disputes

Complaints can be sent to info@global4s.net. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.

2. Konu

Bu sözleşme, global4s.net üzerinden 4Global oyununun sanal parası Moonstone (Ay Taşı) satın alınmasını kapsar. Moonstone dijital içeriktir; alıcının 4Global hesabına yüklenir ve oyundaki ve sitedeki Cash Shop’ta harcanabilir.

3. Fiyat ve ödeme

Her paketin vergiler dahil fiyatı ödemeden önce mağaza sayfasında gösterilir. Ödeme, ödeme kuruluşunun ([PayTR / iyzico]) kendi güvenli sayfasında alınır; kart bilgileri 4Global tarafından görülmez ve saklanmaz.

4. Teslimat

Moonstone, ödeme kuruluşu ödemeyi onayladığında hesaba otomatik yüklenir; bu genellikle birkaç dakika sürer. 24 saat içinde yüklenmezse alıcı Hesabım sayfasından destek talebi açabilir.

5. Cayma hakkı

Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği madde 15/1-ğ uyarınca, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen ve alıcının onayıyla ifasına başlanan dijital içeriklerde cayma hakkı yoktur. Alıcı bu onayı ödemeden önce kutucuğu işaretleyerek verir. Hesaba yüklenmiş Moonstone iade edilmez.

6. İade

Ödeme alındığı hâlde Moonstone yüklenmediyse ya da aynı ödeme iki kez çekildiyse, kontrolden sonra tutarın tamamı ödemenin yapıldığı karta iade edilir. İade talepleri destek talebiyle (konu: Payments and Moonstones) yapılır. Teslim edilmiş alımlar için ters ibraz (chargeback) yapılması, kurallarda belirtildiği gibi hesabın kapatılmasına yol açar.

7. Hesap

Moonstone satın alındığı hesaba aittir ve nakit değeri yoktur; paraya çevrilemez, oyun dışında satılamaz. Kurallara aykırılık nedeniyle kapatılan hesaplardaki Moonstone’lar geri verilmez.

8. Uyuşmazlık

Şikâyetler info@global4s.net adresine iletilebilir. Tüketiciler, Ticaret Bakanlığının her yıl belirlediği parasal sınırlar içinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine ya da Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurabilir.
