1. Who we are

2. Your account

You need a 4Global account to play. Keep your password and email address safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person may own several accounts, but sharing or selling accounts is not allowed.

3. Rules

Everyone who plays must follow the rules. Breaking them can lead to a warning, a temporary ban or closing the account. Staff decisions can be appealed through a support ticket.

4. Virtual items and Moonstones

Moonstones, Bonus Points and in-game items are a licence to use digital content inside 4Global. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property. Purchases are covered by the sales agreement.

5. Service

We work to keep the game online, but there may be maintenance, updates and outages. Game content, balance and the shop can change over time.

6. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, 4Global is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes are announced on the website. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

Moonstone, Bonus Point ve oyun içi eşyalar, 4Global içindeki dijital içeriği kullanma lisansıdır; nakit değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez ve mülkiyetiniz değildir. Satın almalar satış sözleşmesine tabidir.

5. Hizmet

Oyunu açık tutmaya çalışırız; bakım, güncelleme ve kesintiler olabilir. Oyun içeriği, dengesi ve mağaza zamanla değişebilir.

6. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde 4Global, dolaylı zararlardan ve kontrolümüz dışındaki olayların yol açtığı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Bu koşullar tüketici olarak haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler sitede duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam ederseniz yeni koşullar geçerli olur.
